30mins Walking – Unplugged

Today you are going to go for a walk. Leave your phone at home. Don’t take any electronics with you.

During your walk today I want you to pick a steady pace and see if you can sustain that pace for the entire 30mins.

While you are walking take some time to be aware of your surroundings. Try to stay present on the walk and fight the urge to think about all the things you have to do when you are done. Connect with your surroundings. They do not have to be picturesque. Even if you are in a city with loud noises and concrete, simply take time to look at the world around you.

If you see someone on your walk, just smile and make eye contact. No need to talk.
