Full Rest Day


These days are important. You put in such great work this first week and you have probably awakened parts of your body that may not have been used in a while.

How are you going to fuel yourself this week? You are embarking on a 12 week program and after just 1 week your body is likely craving good food.

Rest Day Assignment #1
Take the time today to set yourself up for success with food this week. Go to the store, start a slow cooker with lots of extras in it for leftovers. Don’t let not having the food be an excuse. Have it in the fridge before the week gets started.

  • Example – Crock Pot Beef Stew
  • 2kg Beef Stewing Meet
  • 4 Carrots Chopped
  • 1 Onion Chopped
  • 2 Large Sweet Potatoes Chopped
  • 1 Can Stewed Tomatoes
  • 2 Bay Leaves Salt and Pepper to Taste
  • *cook on low for 6 hours
