Full Body Recovery or Replacement Workout

This is a “recovery” workout for those days when you want to actually break a sweat. It’s almost all concentric movement and should help alleviate some soreness. You might also want to use this as a total deload workout if you just need a day off but want to do something.

1. Mini Band Walks x 20 steps (10 down / 10 back)
2. Mini Band (on knees) Squats x 10
3. Mini Band hops x 20 seconds
4. Mini Band (light) shoulders slide + lift off + pull aparts + presses x 5 each (15 total)
5. Bottoms up KB carry x 40 total m
6. Ring Push Ups x 8
7. Sled Rows + Y’s + Triceps Presses + Flys x 10 each
