Today marks the half-way point of this journey through the Awaken Training Series 12 week program. Can you remember where you were at with your fitness on day 1? Can you imagine where you will be after day 60?

Today you are encouraged to reflect on the first 30 days of this program and write down anything that you feel has worked well for you. In addition, what hasn’t worked well for you? What would you like to improve upon in these final 30 training days ahead? Even with success we can find room to grow.
