15mins Assault Bike
*every 3mins get off and perform a 20sec Wall Facing Handstand
15min Row
*every 3mins get off and perform a 20sec Side Plank on each side
15min Run
*every 3mins stop and perform a 20sec Glute Bridge
*Perform all movements at a very easy effort. The goal is to get the blood to flow and the breathing to come up just slightly for a sustained period of time.
