Full Rest Day

Hey OMEGA TEAM!

You have reached the end of the first month in this program. Take some time today to reflect on where you started and where you are today. We adapt in many ways to training. Our minds, bodies, emotions, and spirit all are impacted by training. Progressing and following through with a training program has always been my biggest joy in fitness. Only through the phases of training do I really get to see myself grow as a person in all of these areas.
Rest Day Assignment #4

Today I would like you to write down some answers to the following questions.

How do you want to see yourself grow through the next 4 weeks?
How have you seen yourself grow or awaken in these first 4 weeks?
The middle 1/3 of any endeavor can often be the hardest.
Jot down a few things that you wish to focus on through this next 4 week phase.
