Full Rest Day
Today marks three quarters of the way through your first 12 weeks Revival Program. The final stretch of a program is often when people get a second wind. Seeing the finish line can bring back some of that same energy that you were filled with at the beginning.

Thought Exercise
How will you embrace that excitement and channel it into working smarter, not just harder. These last 3 weeks ahead are still going to require that you be thoughtful about how you move and push yourself. Stay true to the TEMPOs until the very end. Focus on the mind muscle connections!
You will always look back on events in your life and what will stand out is how you finished, not how you began. How will you finish Omeagfit Revival Program???
