Full Rest Day I would like to express my deepest gratitude for your participation in this program. You have placed your trust in this program for 12 weeks. It is my hope that the learning these past 12 weeks goes beyond just the sets and reps you completed. I welcome you to share your final thoughts in our Face Book Community group page today.

Any reflections you have on the past 60 training sessions. If you were to do another program what would you love to see more of? What other aspects of your training would you like to tackle in a similar fashion? Lastly, if you found this style of training to be suited to your body and your mind, We can do it again. Or if you would like to go back on regular Crossfit Workouts, then please advise me privately. Once again, thank you from the bottom of my heart for taking a chance and committing to this process.
