This is still the mission of Omegafit. To provide you all with a look into a new way of training that isn’t necessarily built on intensity as the only goal. Intensity, when applied at the correct time and doses, is a potent tool to help you discover your true potential. But you have to earn that intensity by taking care of your base of fitness that is underneath there.
