60mins Hike – No Pack this week and move switftly
Head back out into nature. Similar to 6 weeks ago, I want you to leave your electronics and headphones at home or in the car. I want you to feel like you are removed from your normal routine. By leaving the electronics that fill so much of our time up behind you can connect with yourself and the world around you even better.
As an exercise in mindfulness, see if you can listen to the sounds of your breathing today. Try to every couple minutes tune into the cadence of your breath. Breath is your life force!
