Recovery Day –
Soft tissue repair and healing is so critical to our recovery between tough training sessions. More than likely you are starting to experience some changes with your body. As programs go and things build upon themselves it is important to take stock of what is changing in your body.

We all adapt differently, so your body might be getting more tight in certain places than others. Make a note in the comments section today of areas that might be getting tight or places in your body that you may feel are falling behind in your mobility work.

Spend 30-45mins today using some soft tissue mobilization techniques to help open those areas up. Foam rollers, bands, balls, stretching, or even treat yourself to a massage.
