5. Band shoulder extension x 20-30 sec. hold
6. Rotating push ups x 5 each side
7. Back to wall shoulder flexion x 5
8. Back to wall angels x 5
9. Foam roller wall slide x 10
10. Scorpion pec stretch rotations x 5 each
11. Kettlebell arm bar rotation presses (bottoms up) x 5-8 each
