Full Rest Day

You are two-thirds of the way through the program as of today. The cycle of training is starting to shift and more opportunities to learn about yourself through fitness are still coming.

Rest Day Assignment #8

Bring back a favorite rest day activity of ours today. Go grab yourself some Epsom salt (available at most drug stores) and have a soak in a hot bath filled with a cup to two cups of the salt. Try to make sure you don’t do this too close to bedtime as the increase in body temperature might disrupt a sound sleep.
