Full Rest Day

Hey OMEGA TEAM!

I don’t know about you, but I want to be the best version of myself that I can be. What I live by is that my best self hasn’t been realized just yet. I’m chasing self improvement. These are all things we say to ourselves often. Within fitness this can be a very common feeling shared by many. I encourage you to chase the best version of yourself. To be motivated by the thought of a better you. With that said, there needs to be time to appreciate right where you are today.

Rest Day Assignment #5

Take time today to write down 3-5 things you are grateful for, as they relate to your health and fitness, right now. You have worked for 5 solid weeks and without a doubt there is something to be proud of today. Make sure you take time to acknowledge those things.
